The Story behind The Promo Group’s success

The Promo Group was originally established in 2015 in South Africa by a team of four seasoned entrepreneurs, each of whom had previously built and exited successful ventures in the promotional gift industry. Their shared vision was clear: to create a company rooted in exceptional service, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Fast forward to 2022, when Dane Spear joined the business and sparked the ambition to expand internationally. With a keen eye on the UK market and a belief that the promotional products sector was ready for disruption, Dane led the initiative to form strategic supplier partnerships, conduct extensive market research, and ultimately launch The UK Promo Group Limited.

The UK Promo Group was born out of a desire to combine unbeatable service levels with a tech-forward, efficiency-driven approach, all backed by aggressive, transparent pricing. Our mission is to bring the same excellence and innovation that fuelled our South African success to clients across the UK.
