What type of engraving is used on fountain pens?

We use precision laser engraving on metal fountain pens, which produces a permanent, high-definition finish that will not wear away over time. This method is ideal for logos, text and fine detail.

Do branded fountain pens come with ink cartridges?

Yes. All fountain pens are supplied with at least one ink cartridge so they are ready to use straight from the box. Replacement cartridges are widely available from stationery retailers.

Can fountain pens be personalised with individual names?

Absolutely. We offer individual name engraving alongside your company logo, making each pen a truly personal executive gift. Simply supply a list of names with your order.

What is the lead time for engraved fountain pens?

Standard production is 12–15 working days from artwork approval. For urgent requirements, please contact our sales team to discuss express turnaround options.

Mariska Willers

"Good service and open communication quality products are provided. Clearer lead time indications as orders progress could be provided from a system point of view, but on calling they are very helpful on follow ups."

Tamaryn Leigh Forbes

"Ordered a couple of branded items for our marketing day from the Group. Danielle was really helpful, patient and kind throughout the constant changes made😂. My team and I loved the items and the quality of each is perfect to use everyday."
