Good service and open communication quality products are provided. Clearer lead time indications as orders progress could be provided from a system point of view, but on calling they are very helpful on follow ups.
Tamaryn Leigh ForbesA pleasure from start to finish. Jade was exceptional - efficient, responsive and completely on top of the detail. The turnaround time was insane considering our deadline, and everything arrived exactly as promised. We'll absolutely be using Promo Group again!
