I called Promo Group in a panic, I had bags printed by a different company and the logo was too big. I was hopeless as no one could help me with printed bags to pick up later that day, But guess what Promo Group helped me. I was in touch with Brendaline who assisted me through the whole process, she even sent me a pic of the bag and logo before they go ahead and print the whole batch. I got lost on my way to their warehouse and only arrived a few minutes after 18:00 and they were still waiting for me! Thank you for your great customer service. You are my go to for all branding going ahead.
