"A pleasure from start to finish. Jade was exceptional - efficient, responsive and completely on top of the detail. The turnaround time was insane considering our deadline, and everything arrived exactly as promised. We'll absolutely be using Promo Group again!"

"Good service and open communication quality products are provided. Clearer lead time indications as orders progress could be provided from a system point of view, but on calling they are very helpful on follow ups."

"Ordered a couple of branded items for our marketing day from the Group. Danielle was really helpful, patient and kind throughout the constant changes made😂. My team and I loved the items and the quality of each is perfect to use everyday."
